Today marked the impactful beginning of the SQC Facilitators' Training, organized by QUEST Nepal in collaboration with SPA College, Dhangadhi. 

💬 We explored the powerful concept of Students' Quality Circle (SQC)
🔍 Identified real-world school environment problems
🧠 Analyzed root causes using quality tools like Ishikawa diagrams and brainstorming
🤝 Engaged in teamwork, shared insights, and focused on the core vision of student empowerment

From the post-WWII Japanese quality revolution to the visionary dream of Jagadish Gandhi, founder of City Montessori School, and the introduction of SQC in Nepal by Prof. Dinesh Prasad Chapagain in 1999, today’s session gave us a powerful historical and practical foundation.

Through SQC, we learned how students can become problem-solvers — identifying real issues, analyzing causes using various tools, and working together to create impactful solutions. This simple yet transformative process truly shapes Total Quality Persons for a better, brighter nation.
